Our founder Nirupama Madhavan has been living the journey for several years and has seen the benefits of behavioral interventions in shaping positive relationships and independence in children with learning disabilities, including her own. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a set of evidence-based practices backed by a lot of research and follows a data-driven approach to making decisions about a child’s treatment.
